We operate on a surcharge basis, this is because our continual service depends on the buyer returning their old turbocharger. The surcharge is individually calculated for each specific turbocharger and is an incentive for the customer to return thier old turbocharger. Once the customer recieves their new turbo from us we allow for 30 calendar days for the customer to return the old unit, once we recieve the old unit and determine that it is in a serviceable condition we refund the surcharge.

If the old unit is not returned within 30 calendar days we would simply purchase a replacement stock turbocharger with the surcharge to replace the one we have lost.

Old units must be genuine units i.e. if we sell a genuine Garrett turbocharger the returned turbocharger must also be a genuine Garrett unit.

Old units must also be in a serviceable condition, this sounds a lot worse than it actually is, generally most turbos are in a serviceable condition, they become unserviceable when there are cracks in the casting.
